Certification Packs
Battery systems are quoted with the available documentation required for the destination region and product category. This may include UN 38.3, IEC 62619, model datasheets, fire-test evidence, shipping documentation, serial-number traceability and manufacturer warranty evidence where applicable.
Regional Requirements
Certification requirements vary by country, authority, project type and installation environment. Final approval remains subject to local regulations, utility requirements, customs review, installer obligations and authority interpretation.
Door-to-Door Delivery
Where agreed in writing, Powera Global coordinates freight from manufacturer origin to warehouse, project address or nominated receiving location, including export documents, freight milestones and customs-support documentation.
Landed-Cost Pricing
Competitive landed-cost pricing is prepared against clear assumptions, including product model, order volume, freight lane, Incoterms, duties, taxes, insurance, payment terms and quotation validity.
Client Responsibilities
Clients or their appointed contractors remain responsible for final installation, permits, grid connection, civil works, site safety, lifting access, commissioning arrangements and any country-specific import registrations unless expressly agreed otherwise.
